There is a minimum $5.00 handling fee added to each individual shipping transaction.

In Most cases Shipping is automatically calculated via Australia Post integration in our website to anywhere in Australia or Internationaly.
Calculations are based on weight.
The Maximum standard shipping weight is 20kgs

BULKY ITEMS
Greater weights and bulky items will need to be negotiated with a courier service which we will do on your behalf however please be aware for any item over 20kg or bulky items we may need to call you to provide an acurate shipping cost so please ensure you do enter your best contact phone number.

In Store Pickup is available - For this option please select In Store Pickup and leave a note with your order telling us which store you would like to pick your item up from.
Please always call the store in advance to discuss organising your piickup and to ensure that they will have your item in stock. In the event a store is out of stock it may take a few days to obtain your item so definately call the store before atempting to pick any item up.

For Gift Certificates which do not require delivery please select in-store pickup as the shipping option so that you are not charged additional shipping fee.

For warranty claims please first referr to manufactures warrenties

Mistakes can happen so where you have received an incorrect item or a damaged or non functional product please contact us first by sending an email via our contact us page explaining the problem and we will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with your return and we will arange prompt replacement of your item once we have recieved your returned item.
