Before we can issue a refund, we require you to request a prepaid returns label from us. You can do so here https://return.auspost.com.au/PET_CITY
Alternatively, for standard deliveries within the Perth Metro area you can request for your parcels to be picked up by an Australia Post courier to be returned to us.
Providing it is unopened or in original condition, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the day of purchase for exchange in store or store credit.
Customers may return orders that are not faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on our web site. Any items that are not returned withing 30 days from day of purchase may not qualify for a refund.
The cost of an items return is the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error made on our behalf.
We are not able to offer refunds on foods or any other edible items that are opened due to health policies. Please ensure you check your orders carefully before submitting.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item then please email photos, along with your invoice number, name and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate further.
